Is recognising that our activities not only have an affect on our own and clients operations and activities they also have an affect on everyone our activities come into contact with. As a corporate citizen we need to address the needs of all of these interested parties to ensure we have minimum impact and maximum transparency and accountability for the things that we do, responding to concerns in a timely manner and acting with integrity with all of our dealings with these diverse range of stakeholders.

As a company, we understand that social values are an fundamental way of conducting our business and working with invested parties and stakeholders. Social responsibility is recognising and addressing needs of customers, employees, suppliers, local communities, and government regulators

Considering that our operations have a social, economic and health effect on our employees, clients, neighbours and general public. Baldwins has chosen to involve these invested parties at appropriate levels throughout our activities to integrate the values and concerns of stakeholders into our operations that fulfills or exceeds current legal, commercial, and best practice expectations.
